I would like to make a complaint. I visited Vue in Carmarthen wales last night and the staff were very rude and unfriendly. They all looked and acted very unprofessional. I went into the queue and wanted to get a tango ice ( most people go to the cinema just for that ) and the man was just like they are empty we haven't filled them up. It was orange Wednesday busiest night of the week at the cinema and they wasn't organised enough to fill up the machine. I was very disappointed by this.

My wife and I are regular users of your Cleveleys cinemas. Until recently due to my wife's disability we viewed from the Premium seatsWe now purchase passes via the Civil Service Sports Council. The seats are for your regular area and we have asked to upgrade by paying the difference.The cinema manager advised us it was not possible to do this because there was no accounting mechanism to permit this.We have watched many films from the cheaper seats when there has been ample room in the best seats. Such short sighted action places grat difficulty on my disabled wife and also seems to reduce the income for "Vue" . Pardon the pun but do you have a view on this incongruous situation please and hopefully a solution to this problem which seems to disadvantage a disabled person.

I have visited your vue cinema in Merthyr Tydfil and It is fair to say I was treated terribly. When I walked through the doors the electric door hit me in the face marking and swelling the side of my face I reported this to the manager who then called me a liar by saying it is very unlikely that would have happened, I told him to go view the camera which he then done. I had to go find him as he did not come back to me. When I did find him he then said he seen the footage and for his opinion the door did not hit me that hard. I said the door should not have hit me at all and it hit me hard enough to cause marks swelling and has given me a headache I then asked for an apology in which I did not receive and I asked to speak to his manager there for he called me a liar again. The manager told me to put a complaint online I am going to see a doctor tomorrow if this headache has not gone and then will see my solicitor who will recover the video footage I am discusted in what happened tonight if I would have recieved an apology it would have been case over. I did not receive one all I had was aloud of abuse I will never visit a vue cinema again. My solisitor will be involved first thing tomorrow morning.

visited Vue Eastleigh for performang rce of Rigoletto on the Lake. Booking ref WK8DRQ8 seats G5 G6. After ten minutes of no film one of the audience went for staff member. Unable o get the transmission. Refund and Com offered. Very poor customer service - if you advertise a show you need to ensure that all technical facilities and a competent operator are on hand.

i have just been to vue at bolton i baught 2 adult tickets for me and my daughter aged 15 to watch mama witch is a 15 film we sat down then one of your employees gemma t came to us and said you have just baught 2 adult tickets i said yes she said wat was my daughters year of birth she said 1997 she then asked had we got idee i said no see then asked if we would go see the manager a mr dale w he said that my daughter didnt know her date of birh i said she wasnt asked her date of birth just the year she was born he then said we could not go in and would give me a refund his attitude was not good and i did not like the fact other members of staff was talking about us as though we had done something wrong i am fumming and disscusted at your staff at the way we were treated we use vue a lot as a family but i seriously dought i will be using vue anymore i am unable to rate your cinema because it does not do -10 i am 44 years of age and have never been so humiliated
